I am compelled to express concern about how we at (Company) handle issues related to unlawful retaliation under EEO and other laws. It doesn’t mean you didn’t have the uniform instrument laws on the books before this time. In this new Constitution the people and the States delegated to the Federal government certain responsibilities, reserving all rights not so enumerated to the States and to the People in the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution.
The legislatures have passed all kinds of statutes providing for huge indebtedness and they float the indebtedness off your backs because you have never gone into court to challenge them by telling them it is not your public policy to assume the debts of other people.
You will be amazed at the amount of money being pumped into the Trust Fund from the various Corporate State Departmental Revenues (all revenue is referred to as taxes: fines, fees, licenses, etc.). There are millions and billions of your hard earned worthless federal reserve notes, dollarsâ€, being held in trust.â€This money is being siphoned off into the coffers of the International Bankers while the corporate government officials are hounding you for more and more tax dollars.
How did you get attached to my back and by what vehicle did I promise to become a debtor to you?â€ In this country, the courts on every level, from the justice of the peace level all the way upâ€¦â€¦ even into the International law arena, (called the World Court), are administrating the bankruptcy and are pledged not to reveal who the true creditors really are and how you personally became pledged as a party or participant to the corporate United States debt.
I am concerned about how the (topic, employee name, incident) matter is being handled, I a recommend that we revisit this situation and seek technical assistance to ensure that we at (Company) fully understand what workplace bullying is. I further recommend that we evaluate its presence, frequency, and severity at (Company) with the intention to both prevent workplace violence and to actively support the creation of a workplace that is psychologically, emotionally, and physically healthy for all employees of (Company).
